Key Responsibilities

  • •Support product development by focusing on end-user needs and experiences.
  • •Use design to propose alternative ways to facilitate discovery of weak signals.
  • •Participate in defining user needs.
  • •Facilitate co-creation workshops and listening sessions with users and team members.
  • •Conduct iterative user tests (A/B testing, eye-tracking, focus groups) and measure design impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Place the user at the center and infuse design culture into product development.
  • •Use design software such as Figma, Penpot, and Adobe Suite, and be proficient in representation tools (drawings, 3D, etc.).
  • •Prepare and facilitate workshops with project stakeholders (e.g., personas, card sorting, user journeys, experience maps).
  • •Design detailed functional templates (storyboards, zoning, wireframes, prototyping).
  • •Fluent English (minimum C1); French advanced is an advantage.
