Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and prospect internal and external centers of influence to build pipeline of new client opportunities.
  • •Profile clients and identify needs using the Life360 Discovery process to drive AUM, brokerage, loans, deposits, insurance, estate planning, and wealth planning.
  • •Coordinate delivery of Private Bank experience standards with a customized team of specialists, including client reviews and quarterly updates.
  • •As primary contact, resolve client problems timely and execute onboarding and recommendation implementation, coordinating with client third-party advisors.
  • •Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks while ensuring CRM information is recorded timely and profitability of the client relationship is managed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Business Administration, Finance, or Economics preferred.
  • •Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state life insurance and variable annuity licenses required per licensing guidelines.
  • •CFP, CFA, or CPWA preferred and required within 24 months (36 months for CFA); JD/CPA accepted for the certification requirement.
  • •Minimum 8 years of successful sales/client service experience in the financial services industry.
  • •Strong interpersonal negotiation, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills; proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/systems.
