Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Partner-led customer service and help create a great shopping impression.
•Replenish stock to ensure products are in the right place at the right time.
•Fulfil online customer orders for drivers to deliver directly to customers’ doors.
•Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and applying markdowns near sell-by dates.
•Support the wider shop team with checkout support, Click & Collect, on-demand orders, and general shopkeeping tasks while maintaining a safe, tidy environment.

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years or over due to working time regulations.
•Strong communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.
•Experience of working in a customer facing role is welcomed.
•Up to date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.
•A flexible approach to support the whole branch.
