Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Partner with Market Center leaders to deliver end-to-end People Solutions, driving talent strategy and organizational effectiveness. Support organizational design, workforce planning, hiring, development, and retention in a fast-paced environment. Lead talent management processes including performance calibration and compensation/ workforce planning. Provide HR guidance on policies and employment law, analyze talent/organizational data, and improve employee experience while collaborating with Centers of Excellence.
