Job Summary

Own service delivery for Windows and Linux (RedHat) server operations as part of an Airbus Defence & Space Digital Team. You’ll monitor performance of an external run supplier against SLAs, manage security patching and problem management, coordinate incident response, and drive continuous improvement. The role includes budget forecasting, obsolescence monitoring and minor upgrade planning, plus regular customer satisfaction surveys for services supporting ~2,500 servers in France.

•Monitor run-supplier performance (SLAs, invoice control, security patching level, problem management, continuous improvement).

•Monitor obsolescence and lead minor upgrade implementations.
•Run customer satisfaction surveys and facilitate communication between customers, experts, and the run supplier.

•Basic network knowledge: LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.
•English proficiency at an intermediate level; position requires eligibility for security clearance.
