Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor run-supplier performance (SLAs, invoice control, security patching level, problem management, continuous improvement).
  • •Coordinate technical activities (MFTs) during major incidents or crises.
  • •Manage budget forecast and follow-up.
  • •Monitor obsolescence and lead minor upgrade implementations.
  • •Run customer satisfaction surveys and facilitate communication between customers, experts, and the run supplier.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations or similar areas.
  • •Experience steering an outsourced service contract (price, SLA, priorities) and building trust with the run supplier.
  • •Basic hosting knowledge: Windows OS, Linux OS, patching solutions (WSUS / MCEM / RedHat Sat), VMware, Active Directory / Linux IdM.
  • •Basic network knowledge: LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.
  • •English proficiency at an intermediate level; position requires eligibility for security clearance.
