Security Manager (m/f/d) Northern Region (Germany + Nordics)

Lead corporate security operations for the Northern EMEA region, overseeing physical security across multiple facilities and managing staff, assets, and security compliance. Own risk assessments, emergency response procedures, and staff training, while coordinating with regional stakeholders and external partners such as local authorities and law enforcement. Monitor threats and security trends, manage security budgets and resources, and support the EMEA Security Director with recommendations to enhance the company’s security posture.
