Lead Teller

Serve as a trusted branch partner by resolving complex client servicing issues and delivering distinctive in-person service. Lead Teller duties include coaching other tellers, managing teller-line scheduling and staffing issues, and ensuring branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls. Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations, transition clients to a banker, and support clients using financial wellness tools while promoting bank products and targets.
