Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Construction Management

Manage construction cost services for complex, high-profile projects by leading estimating, cost reporting, and cost control activities. Advise clients on bid strategy, assess proposals and bids, and provide value engineering and risk assessments. Oversee invoicing and final accounting, conduct post-contract audits and lessons learned, and support handover procedures. Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and junior staff while using bid analysis, change control, and cost estimating tools.
