Manager – Statutory Reporting and Compliance

Lead end-to-end statutory reporting and audit delivery for a portfolio of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions in Asia. Ensure compliant, timely financial reporting by overseeing audit execution, reviewing statutory statements and disclosures, and acting as an escalation point for complex accounting and audit issues. Drive governance and risk management under SOX and internal controls, own key processes for standardization and continuous improvement, and manage/develop a team of COE analysts.
