Key Responsibilities

  • •Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • •Transport materials and products from receiving or production areas to storage and other designated locations.
  • •Fill requisitions and work orders, assemble customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets, and mark materials with identifying information.
  • •Operate certified material handling equipment, load and unload trailers, and utilize manual and automated material handling equipment.
  • •Maintain safety and housekeeping standards, record received/distributed amounts, use a computer to enter records, and support Continuous Improvement initiatives like 5S.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines and report job-related injuries to supervision.
