Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate and manage the SDV OS platform architecture across IVI/AD/MCU/Gateway/Cloud while maintaining interface consistency for Vehicle API, service layer, and middleware (e.g., DDS).
  • •Define release and branch strategies across multi-ECU/multi-repo setups, manage variants, and design OTA/Non-OTA deployment approaches.
  • •Lead system-level issue resolution (sleep/wakeup, power state, network routing), including ECU sequence mismatch and race condition analysis and coordination with hardware constraints.
  • •Own OTA and vehicle deployment strategy, including phased adoption, offline flashing models, and OTA pipeline flow (build → package → deploy → rollback).
  • •Drive platform standardization and API governance, and manage agile development/quality using JIRA/Confluence, CI/CD, and stability/recovery/fail-safe quality targets while coordinating with OEM/Tier1 and internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar).
  • •5+ years of experience as a Software Product/Project Manager in the automotive or IT industry.
  • •Experience with vehicle controllers or Embedded OS / Android Automotive development (or similar).
  • •Cross-functional experience across the product lifecycle.
  • •Ability to manage development tasks and lead communication for risk management and issue resolution.
