Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end cloud transformation engagements by evaluating customer environments and aligning technical execution with business outcomes.
  • •Facilitate migration readiness assessments, interpret guardrail results, and recommend actionable remediations using data/analysis and automation/workflow changes.
  • •Explain and communicate technical architecture roles of APIs, webhooks, and automation components, including what requires refactor or replacement in cloud.
  • •Govern the migration lifecycle through disciplined execution and measurable outcomes, coordinating discovery through UAT completion and go-live.
  • •Serve as trusted advisor and escalation point for critical migration blockers, leading project communications, reviews, steering committees, and team enablement.

Salary: USD 130,500 - 204,450 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Over 10 years of professional experience as a technical program/delivery manager responsible for complex enterprise technology projects.
  • •Extensive experience working in or around software delivery (e.g., Delivery Manager, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Lead, Systems Engineer, or Support Lead).
  • •Proven track record leading data migration, systems integrations, or platform transformations.
  • •Strong knowledge of APIs, automations, and integration patterns, including translating between on-prem and cloud, with strong SDLC understanding.
  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
