Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites, including construction works progress and adherence to drawings and specifications.
  • •Support supervision teams by reviewing contractor work programs (pre-construction) and reviewing contractor submittals such as shop drawings and method statements.
  • •Conduct quality and HSSE-related inspections with QA/QC and HSSE engineers, raise quality/HSSE issues, and monitor corrective action plans.
  • •Coordinate with Planning Engineers to monitor contractors’ daily activities and resource allocation against plans; conduct inspections based on requests for inspections.
  • •Support project teams during claims review, assist with commissioning reports and final inspections, and help prepare snag lists and defect liability follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry in a top-tier regional/multinational consultancy, with expertise in construction site inspections.
  • •Experience conducting site inspections on large supervision sites, including works progress, quality inspections, and HSSE inspections.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • •Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and good organization skills.
