Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain release roadmaps, schedules, and budgets using MS Project or Smartsheets to meet scope, cost, and time targets.
  • •Direct multi-disciplinary cross-functional engineering and operations teams across multiple sites, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • •Define program scope and manage change control, including stakeholder negotiations on contracts and scope variations.
  • •Drive commercialization success, mitigate risks, ensure production readiness for design transfer, and report status to senior leadership.

Key Requirements
