Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to meeting/exceeding store sales and profit targets by owning sales and KPI performance and using available store resources.
  • •Serve customers according to Brand Customer Service standards and exceed expectations while consistently demonstrating brand attitude and values.
  • •Execute visual merchandising and in-store communication standards to maintain a strong product presentation.
  • •Process merchandise deliveries quickly, replenish merchandising fixtures, and keep the sales floor fully represented.
  • •Complete cash register transactions accurately and minimize loss while performing store operations safely and efficiently, collaborating with team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably 1–2 months of experience in sports/fashion retail focused on customer and commercial outcomes.
  • •Fluent speaker of Polish.
  • •Intermediate speaker of English.
  • •Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
  • •Complete applicable training programs and apply the learning on the job.
