Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day technical support to dealers via phone and/or onsite assistance as required.
  • •Communicate service bulletins and alerts to dealers in a timely basis.
  • •Conduct product performance investigations and reporting of quality and/or First Notice events.
  • •Establish and run comprehensive technical training programs for service and installation technicians.
  • •Administer corrective action programs, concessions, and the warranty claim process for dealers, and respond to consumer inquiries and complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate technical degree or documented equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum five years of field service experience.
  • •Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent violations, including no DUI in the previous 5 years and no hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions in the previous 3 years.
  • •Proven detailed knowledge of HVAC products, with Trane and American Standard product families preferred (and Mitsubishi).
  • •Strong computer skills, including Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office 2000.
