Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering, quality assurance, and release management to meet business and technical requirements.
  • •Deliver incremental code changes frequently and reliably using development/operations practices, continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and agile methodology.
  • •Streamline and automate the software development lifecycle.
  • •Lead and continuously improve end-to-end service delivery, including vendor governance, for a regional/global Service or CBP or for a small application platform.
  • •Define, build, and manage the CI/CD stack for a given IT platform and build mastery of the application domain and technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or up to 3 years of professional experience.
  • •Demonstrate leadership by applying technical mastery to drive business results.
  • •Balance business understanding with hands-on technical skills.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others using digestible explanations of complex technical concepts.
  • •Ability to lead and execute one or multiple projects with fiscal discipline, and be willing to travel to other countries and work across time zones.
