Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect robust, scalable, and highly secure identity solutions bridging cloud and self-managed offerings.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of critical identity features, from initial architecture/design through implementation and deployment.
  • •Architect and guide the design of on-premises and AWS cloud applications for identity, including production monitoring and live issue troubleshooting.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and UX designers to deliver secure authentication and authorization features with a strong user experience.
  • •Mentor engineers, drive sprints toward successful completion, and contribute to the squad’s short- and long-term goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 8 years of software engineering experience, including roles such as Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Software Architect.
  • •Proven ability to take initiative and drive completion of initiatives involving several stakeholders and engineers with little supervision.
  • •Experience supporting and mentoring other team members.
  • •Proficiency with Java, with a strong focus on Clean Code and rigorous software quality standards.
  • •Experience architecting cloud-native applications and working with relational RDBMS (e.g., Postgres) and SQL.
