  • •Develop and lead a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth, improving recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Build, mentor, and grow a team of ~15 talent acquisition professionals and hold them to high performance standards.
  • •Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand hiring needs and advise senior leadership on recruiting recommendations.
