Image Desk Specialist M-F 12am-8:30am

Monitor and manage electronic deposit and high-value image cash letter processing, ensuring timely transmission of inbound and outbound files within SLAs. Create and distribute departmental KPI reporting and maintain daily/monthly image processing status. Execute end-of-day production functions, monitor controls to minimize risk, troubleshoot system/production issues, and coordinate settlement reconciliation with check exchange partners. Serve as a subject matter expert for external customer issue resolution and support process improvements and testing of new applications.
