Service Delivery Manager (Japanese-speaking)

Manage one or more Service Delivery Specialists to ensure continuity of service and high client satisfaction. Own overall contract management for medium to large complex client accounts, including service governance, meeting cadence, and documentation. Act as the primary interface between client and organization, supporting service activation for Uptime Support Services and coordinating with GDC. Identify service delivery trends, communicate improvements, and advise on technical solutions aligned to customer business goals.
