Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as system administrator/subject matter expert for core finance systems and troubleshoot issues with IT and vendors.
  • •Lead master data governance and control security access permissions for financial systems.
  • •Run BPC support activities, including periodic batch loads for BPC.
  • •Manage finance IT projects: define scope and requirements, deliver implementations/upgrades/transformations, and monitor risks and progress.
  • •Partner with Finance on process optimization/automation using analytics and AI; develop documentation and manage UAT for financial systems/projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience building transferable skills in relevant finance/system roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and finance tools (Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan).
  • •Strong understanding of master data management and finance processes (close, consolidation, planning, reporting).
  • •Proven project management experience, including business requirements, UAT, and supporting system cutovers.
