Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the hierarchical and functional management of a team of 4 across Elancourt and Châtellerault.
  • •Coordinate and pilot continuous improvement and transformation projects to enhance operational quality and industrial performance.
  • •Serve as a “chief orchestrator” for optimization and transformation initiatives for the Industrial Competence Center (CCI).
  • •Drive Lean deployment and competitiveness activities across repair and spare-part supply units.
  • •Ensure competence development, oversee budgets, track project performance, and deploy internal training for change management plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Mastery of Lean management principles and continuous improvement approaches (e.g., Gemba Walks, PDCA).
  • •Proven experience in an industrial support or production environment and in managing complex projects.
  • •Comfort with industrial processes, repair activities, industrial controlling, and steering tools such as SAP and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to operate in multi-stakeholder organizations, influence partners, conduct complex negotiations, and align teams on shared objectives.
  • •Strong leadership and proactivity to translate operational issues into concrete, high-performance action plans while supporting change and skill development.
