Key Responsibilities

  • •Define NAND qualification plans and facilitate/manage qualification execution.
  • •Perform qualification test data analysis and conduct risk assessments at key decision points in the qualification cycle.
  • •Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes/mechanisms and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to understand new reliability issues, resolutions, and their impact to customer risk and reliability.
  • •Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, or root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbal and written) and to organize work across multiple issues.
  • •Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle pressure professionally.
  • •Preferred: semiconductor industry experience as QA or Product engineer; failure analysis experience is a plus; AI tools experience is a plus.
