Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead all logistics operations across the Middle East region.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy and partner with global logistics leadership.
  • •Develop and execute carrier strategy across over-the-road (LTL, FTL), air, ocean, and parcel; source, negotiate, and manage carriers/3PLs/forwarders/last-mile providers.
  • •Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings; build scalable processes for growth.
  • •Lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement (RFPs, contract negotiation, vendor performance), own logistics spend against cost targets, and establish logistics KPIs for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management with Middle East experience.
  • •Proven ability to build and scale regional or international logistics operations with a strong focus on the Middle East.
  • •Experience scaling logistics in early-stage or rapidly growing organizations.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (travel up to 25% required).
