Key Responsibilities

•Grow and nurture Premier relationships by maximizing growth of the Premier client portfolio and achieving plan/metrics.
•Conduct regular client reviews to understand current and long-term needs and advise on suitable products and services to achieve sales closure.
•Use tools, information, and Client Relationship Management data to drive service delivery, monitor satisfaction, and keep client records up to date.
•Coordinate with wider branch, support, and direct teams to deliver differentiated products/services and achieve business performance measures.
•Ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with HSBC policies, including lending guidelines, sanctions, and Anti-Money Laundering training and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
•5-8 years of relationship management experience with high net worth clients.
•Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
•Strong technical skills in wealth management and understanding of client needs.
•Mandatory accreditations: IRDA and AMFI certifications.
