Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow and nurture Premier relationships by maximizing growth of the Premier client portfolio and achieving plan/metrics.
  • •Conduct regular client reviews to understand current and long-term needs and advise on suitable products and services to achieve sales closure.
  • •Use tools, information, and Client Relationship Management data to drive service delivery, monitor satisfaction, and keep client records up to date.
  • •Coordinate with wider branch, support, and direct teams to deliver differentiated products/services and achieve business performance measures.
  • •Ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with HSBC policies, including lending guidelines, sanctions, and Anti-Money Laundering training and reporting requirements.
