Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Three to five years of instructional design experience (and six or more years of relevant experience is listed in Basic Qualifications).
  • •Advanced proficiency with authoring tools and comfort using AI-enabled tools for drafting, tagging, and light automation.
  • •Strong grasp of adult learning, scenario-based design, and practice-first approaches across learning modalities.
