Job Summary

Support HR Shared Services for Rewards and Compensation, coordinating annual pay review and bonus-cycle activities with Reward COE and IT. Manage compensation updates and adjustments in SuccessFactors, run UAT/SRT for system deployments, and handle workflow and statement publishing tasks. Serve as first-line HR support for queries and transactions that can’t be automated, partnering with subject-matter experts and Finance to ensure bonus plan execution and continuous improvement.

•Coordinate Reward COE and IT actions for end-to-end annual pay review and bonus cycle.
•Upload compensation updates and adjustments in SuccessFactors using documented procedures and controls.
•Perform UAT/SRT for end-to-end scenarios supporting IT solution deployments aligned to design changes.
•Manage workflow navigation, role-based permissions switch-over, and data/statement publishing.
•Provide HR shared services support for rewards and compensation queries, executing non-self-service/system transactions and driving case closure and continuous improvement.

•HR qualification or related degree.
•Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Reward Shared Services.

•Strong change management skills to deliver new processes into Shared Services and strong Rewards knowledge.
