Onsite Instructor, Learning Lab - Orlando, FL - Part Time

Facilitate student learning and performance assessments in the on-site DeLuca WGU Clinical Learning & Simulation Center, teaching nursing skills from fundamentals through high-fidelity simulation. Serve as a professional role model, provide constructive feedback, and use evidence-based tools to evaluate clinical learning. Support onboarding for new lab instructors and simulation technicians, coordinate lab operations with lab faculty, and help maintain a safe learning environment.
