Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a Play Leader: Work 1:1 with children in their homes. You aren’t just "monitoring"—you are actively playing, moving, and engaging a child to help them meet their goals.
  • •Teach Through Action: Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills.
  • •Data & Collaboration: Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure the child is thriving.
  • •Support Families: Build trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support.
  • •Work Environment: This role operates exclusively in the client's home environment within Crestline, OH territory.

Salary: USD 17 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.
  • •Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Marion area.
  • •Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (we will help you study and cover the cost!).
  • •Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.
  • •Must be comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the Crestline, OH territory.
