Job Summary

Lead delivery execution of consulting, incident response, and penetration testing services across North America. Manage a team of practitioner ICs and ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery through measurable standards, engagement monitoring, and process improvement. Own utilization and operational execution, including staffing and budget accountability, while partnering with NA sales leadership and Practice Leads to support customer success and drive regional revenue growth.

•Directly manage North America-based consultants, IR practitioners, and pen testers, setting expectations and developing career plans.
•Oversee service delivery quality and consistency by partnering with Practice Leads on methodologies and engagement execution.
•Monitor utilization via billable hours tracking, manage staffing levels, and participate in resourcing decisions with SalesOps.
•Ensure operational execution, including budget management, resource allocation, and escalation of financial risks.
•Partner with regional sales leadership to identify service positioning opportunities and provide direct account support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven track record leading and developing professional services or consulting teams.
•Deep experience delivering consulting, incident response, and/or penetration testing and associated methodologies.
•Demonstrated ability to establish quality standards, monitor execution, and drive process improvement.
•Experience tracking and managing operational budgets with financial accountability.
•Strong ability to collaborate with sales organizations and understand customer journey and account dynamics.
