Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards.
  • •Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs, complete small projects, and maintain Perrysburg building and grounds facilities using required resources and equipment.
  • •Identify, troubleshoot, and repair irregular conditions on equipment; follow up on work orders; and perform preventative maintenance.
  • •Assist with office moves and installation of campus signage and safety equipment.
  • •Interface with inspectors, contractors, and department liaisons; complete various work orders as assigned and recommend opportunities for cost savings.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 5+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • •Skilled electrical or mechanical trade experience with 3+ years in a manufacturing setting, or 3+ years manufacturing experience with an Associates Degree in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
  • •Knowledge of building electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, including troubleshooting facility equipment with mechanical and pneumatic/hydraulic systems and electrical controls.
  • •Hands-on ability to use tools to accomplish repairs and to operate/troubleshoot general electronics and mechanical systems.
  • •Knowledge of LOTO management and requirements.
