We are seeking a Motion Designer to craft high-impact motion graphics, animated ads, and Lottie/Rive animations for global brands. You’ll collaborate with a distributed creative team across time zones, own multiple projects end-to-end, and explore AI-powered tools to push storytelling through motion while maintaining pixel-perfect quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Design engaging motion graphics for leading global brands across various formats.
•Collaborate with dedicated account teams across different time zones.
•Work on a number of simultaneous projects, executed with high attention to detail, on time and budget.
•Support creative leads to help our customers achieve goals and add business value through design.
•Take ownership of technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations.

Key Requirements

•BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.
•Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise.
•Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing a plus).
•Experience working with Rive and Lottie animations.
•Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
