Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain products including consumer and business checking/savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and consumer and small business credit cards.
  • •Hold financial conversations to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions; process new consumer loan requests.
  • •Identify referral opportunities to other lines of business and document referrals and client activity using 360 View.
