Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, review, and analyze exposure data to support insurance programs including Property, Casualty, Tech E&O/Cyber, Management Liability, and International Liability.
  • •Develop pre-renewal strategies, lead renewal processes, and manage post-renewal activities.
  • •Coordinate insurer loss control and engineering recommendations with insurers and internal partners.
  • •Support development and compliance of risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines, including captive insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage claims through settlement and coordinate with third-party administrators, claim adjusters, insurers, and internal partners for timely resolution.

Salary: USD 136,000 - 212,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in risk management, actuarial science, finance, business, or economics.
  • •8+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Knowledge of insurance, risk management, finance, and safety & health.
  • •Proficiency with AI platforms, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and SharePoint.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
