Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial modeling and comparable company and transaction analyses, including leveraged buyout and other valuation analyses.
  • •Draft information memoranda and transaction/marketing documents related to deals.
  • •Support team members by developing new business ideas, pitch strategies, or transaction structuring scenarios.
  • •Develop and assemble pitch/business origination materials and presentations for client delivery.
  • •Collaborate with junior and senior professionals on active and prospective engagement teams across CM&A functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, graduating between Winter 2026–Spring 2027.

  • •Relevant coursework or work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred (all majors considered).
  • •Strong analytical and software skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Must be a U.S. resident and have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.; no immigration sponsorship or work visa available for intern/full-time Analyst positions.
