Own and optimize the upsell motion for a consumer subscription business serving aging-in-place customers. Key Responsibilities

•Own expansion revenue from the existing subscriber base measured in ARR
•Manage the full upsell motion: trigger identification, experiment design, in-product nudges, lifecycle sequences, pricing page and onboarding flows
•Create a prioritized roadmap of PLG experiments and run them with engineering support
•Establish a reporting and learning loop to continuously improve experiments
•Diagnose and ship in parallel: learn why customers aren’t upgrading and deploy first experiments within 14–60 days

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product experience, with at least 3 in growth or monetization roles
•Experience in consumer subscription businesses
