Key Responsibilities

  • •Own expansion revenue from the existing subscriber base measured in ARR
  • •Manage the full upsell motion: trigger identification, experiment design, in-product nudges, lifecycle sequences, pricing page and onboarding flows
  • •Create a prioritized roadmap of PLG experiments and run them with engineering support
  • •Establish a reporting and learning loop to continuously improve experiments
  • •Diagnose and ship in parallel: learn why customers aren’t upgrading and deploy first experiments within 14–60 days

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of product experience, with at least 3 in growth or monetization roles
  • •Experience in consumer subscription businesses
