Key Responsibilities

•Interact with guests and cultivate repeat business through friendly service.
•Prepare beverages and follow standard recipes, venue specifications, and required control systems.
•Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests at the bar.
•Maintain responsible alcohol service, including ID checks for guests under 30 and refusing service to intoxicated guests.
•Perform opening/running/closing duties, guest check and payment processing, cash pull/check-out, and maintain required bar logs and checks.

Key Requirements

•Cash handling experience and the ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule.
•Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs and be physically able to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill.
