Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management and quantity surveying for a large, multi-phase data center campus in North Fort Worth. Own estimating, cost planning, change order support, cost validation, and monthly cost reporting, partnering with design services, the general contractor, and the owner’s team. Drive commercial negotiations, value engineering and contingency management, and contribute commercial input through design milestones while providing leadership and mentoring within commission delivery.
