Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead the HR strategy for Belgium and the Netherlands, translating priorities into local people plans.
  • •Act as primary HR Business Partner to corporate, retail, and functional leaders, providing advice and constructive challenge.
  • •Lead organisational design, restructures, and change initiatives, including planning, consultation, communications, and execution.
  • •Own employee relations across corporate and retail populations, managing complex and sensitive cases end-to-end.
  • •Lead the Brussels HR team and provide governance/oversight of core HR operations, partnering with Finance on workforce planning and cost management.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in a senior HR leadership or HR Business Partnering role within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • •Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
  • •Strong employee relations experience, including consultation processes and Works Councils (Belgium and/or Netherlands experience strongly preferred).
  • •Experience leading organisational change, restructures, or transformation initiatives.
  • •Comfort working with global teams while applying local labour-law and cultural requirements, with strong commercial acumen.
