Procurement Excellence & Value Creation Director

Lead the continuous enhancement of the Group procurement operating model, governance framework, technology ecosystem, and value creation agenda. Drive procurement transformation across multiple entities through procurement excellence initiatives, savings/value creation methodology, demand management, value engineering, and supplier-led innovation. Own the procurement technology roadmap (systems optimization, automation, AI, and ERP integrations) and establish a single source of truth for procurement data and executive reporting, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Audit & Compliance, Technology, and business units.
