Key Responsibilities

•Champion a safe work environment by following safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
•Follow OSHA and MSHA regulations and report issues to leadership or safety personnel.
•Support construction and paving crews with tasks such as shoveling, raking, and operating a wheelbarrow.
•Communicate with equipment operators and direct truck movements using hand signals and tools for alignment of materials.
•Execute daily tasks as directed by your foreman, including operating small power tools and handling materials, as well as installing/removing traffic control devices.
