Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with VSAM to deliver scalable technical presentations, solution demos, and Q&A for multiple customers and partners
  • •Develop and standardize reference architecture templates tailored to modern public-sector use cases (e.g., GIGA School initiative and LGSS-related cases)
  • •Enable partner SEs by supporting skill growth through webinars and remote hands-on workshops
  • •Focus enablement on current security technologies (e.g., XDR, SASE, Cloud Security) to strengthen Cisco solution competitiveness

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as an IT infrastructure and/or security engineer
  • •Broad knowledge and experience across Cisco products and solutions
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • •Proactive, responsible approach to support customers
  • •Ability to communicate in English (reading and writing)
