  • •Drive due diligence through zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes to completion.
  • •Account for overall results, setting goals and ensuring adherence to internal/external budgets and schedules.
  • •Proactively identify risks and deliver mitigation strategies and contingency plans while reinforcing accountability and open communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field plus 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
  • •Experience accountable for overall project/group results, including goal setting, team leadership, and adherence to budgets and schedules.
  • •Knowledge of zoning, permitting, entitlement processes, and offsite infrastructure processes, including driving due diligence to completion.
  • •Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting cross-functional teams.
