Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute maintenance strategy to ensure reliability, compliance (including GMP/HACCP/food safety), and cost efficiency.
  • •Manage annual maintenance budget, monitor spending, and drive cost optimization; plan and oversee capital projects and equipment installations.
  • •Lead planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance work; coordinate maintenance shutdowns to minimize production disruptions.
  • •Spend 60–75% on the production floor coaching and supporting maintenance personnel; audit work quality and identify skill gaps for training.
  • •Ensure SAP PM/CMMS work orders are executed, confirmed, and closed each shift; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and reliability practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
  • •Chief or 1st Class Boiler License.
  • •7–10 years of progressive leadership experience and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
  • •Experience using CMMS / SAP PM (or similar systems).
  • •Strong safety leadership mindset, problem solving skills, and food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing experience.
