Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring, symptom observation, and reporting changes to the medical team.
  • •Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • •Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor for side effects/adverse reactions, and provide wound care.
  • •Maintain accurate patient care records and communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
  • •Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care while following infection control standards (hand hygiene, PPE, hazardous material handling) and purposeful rounding.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of one year of clinical experience (RN residents with less than one year enter an RN residency program).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • •Valid RN license from the country of origin and license to practice per the regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS / DHA).
  • •BLS, ACLS, and other LSTC courses as applicable.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills with service-oriented attitude, plus the ability to manage work pressure and work in a team.
