Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital block and full-chip level integration support.
  • •Perform layout verification including LVS, DRC, and Antenna checks, with quality review and documentation.
  • •Own on-time delivery of block-level layouts with acceptable quality across multiple projects.
  • •Plan, estimate area/time, schedule, delegate, and execute work to meet project schedules and milestones.
  • •Guide junior team members on sub-block layout execution and review, and coordinate effectively with global engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 9 years of experience in memory/custom layout design for advanced CMOS process nodes (Planar, FinFET).
  • •Expertise with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre for DRC/LVS verification.
  • •Hands-on layout experience for critical blocks such as temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, bandgap, reference generators, charge pump, current mirrors, comparator, and differential amplifiers.
  • •Strong analog layout fundamentals (e.g., matching, electro-migration, latch-up, coupling/crosstalk, IR-drop, static device parasitics).
  • •Ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
