Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop complex analog, mixed-signal, and digital block layout and support full chip integration.
  • •Perform layout verification including LVS, DRC, and antenna checks, and complete thorough quality reviews and documentation.
  • •Plan, estimate, schedule, delegate, and execute layout work to meet project schedules and milestones across multiple projects.
  • •Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure successful execution and integration of layout projects.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members by reviewing sub-block layouts and supporting their development.

Key Requirements

  • •8–15 years of experience in Memory/Analog/Custom IC layout design across advanced CMOS nodes, including Planar and FinFET technologies.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre for DRC/LVS verification.
  • •Layout design experience for critical memory/analog and mixed-signal blocks (e.g., arrays, decoder/control logic, IOs, PLLs, ADCs/DACs, LDOs, bandgaps, reference generators, charge pumps, current mirrors, comparators, differential amplifiers).
  • •Strong fundamentals in memory/analog layout principles, including bit cells, addressing, banking, matching, electromigration, latch-up, coupling/crosstalk, IR-drop, and parasitics.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple layout projects and deliver under tight timelines, with excellent communication and collaboration in global teams.
