Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end ownership of solutions by developing features, contributing to technical design, and ensuring quality through testing.
  • •Participate technically in RFCs, code reviews, technical decisions, and identify improvements in code and architecture.
  • •Use GenAI advancedly to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and log analysis.
  • •Automate repetitive tasks and evaluate GenAI impact on productivity and quality.
  • •Collaborate and influence across teams, share knowledge, and mentor more junior profiles.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building production solutions and working independently on mid-level complexity problems.
  • •Strong coding, testing, and debugging skills in Golang and React.
  • •Knowledge of basic architecture concepts such as microservices and APIs.
  • •Effective use of GenAI throughout the development cycle.
