Key Responsibilities

•Strategically plan and coordinate preventive and condition-based maintenance activities within the facility.
•Develop detailed, standardized work packages and clear work instructions outlining scope, task sequence, and required resources.
•Identify required parts, tools, materials, and specialized equipment for each work order before technicians begin work.
•Perform field walk-downs to scope jobs, identify hazards, and ensure work packages reflect field conditions.
•Manage safety permits (including LOTO and Job Hazard Analysis) and maintain accurate CMMS close-out records, collaborating with the Reliability Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor to refine PM strategies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma with 6-10 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment as a technician, lead, or planner.
•Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems.
•Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance practices, and equipment operation.
•Advanced proficiency using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP.
•Ability to meet pre-employment requirements including required physicals, drug screening, and/or background investigation.
